bull mastiff skin probs

my 11 month bullmastiff has started to suffer with spots under his chin since the warmer weather, i know they're prone to skin probs etc so i'm not panicking but i did wonder whether if i wiped the are with a hibiscrub solution every day it would be helpful? I'm sure it's because he sweats in all those lovely wrinkles because under his chin is the only place he gets it.

My bullmastiif has never had skin problems but my bulldog did at a similar age to your dog.

It was juvenile acne and he grew out of it tbh.
