OH MY GOD. I am amazed at how nasty people have got on this forum.
I recently read a post from sarahgema sayin that two of her horses were fighting, she had written a post saying that she had been upset as 1 of her horses got injured.

Certain individuals on the forum When reading sarahgemas post said that she was neglectful for lettin it get hurt. In my opinion it sounded like an accident and accidents happen! Everyone hates it when their horses get hurt but sometimes it happens. They were getting extremely rude and saying quite cutting things to sarahgema about the fact she didnt call a vet (as her horse was lame) but as i am sure that if people are relativley knowlegable and know their horses, when they get hurt they do not necessarily need a vet for every little cut/bruise. Certain horses are wusses, which sarahgema later said her horse was a wuss and he must have just been bruised cos he was better the day after.

The fact sarahgema asked people to check her horses to me says that she is knowledgable and does care for her horses i think that the people involved should maybe keep there opinions to themselves if they can not voice them politely
When reading the post from sarahgema I didnt get the feeling she was being neglectful towards her horse.

The people who made comments were not nice and decided to express themselves rather rudely one of the people (mairi)has also made a comment on a later post from the same person, sarahgema, about a foal that died in an awful way and "mairi" said sarahgema was lying!!
I am absolutley appalled that someone would say something so sick?! Although i dont know either person involved in this i feel that i should stick up for sarahgema as i am very passionate about bullying and it deeply upset when reading the comments from "mairi" to sarahgema.

I feel that certain people on the forum have been quite insensitive when trying to portray their opinions.

Sorry maybe i am under an illusion but i thought this forum was for people with horses to chat and ask others opinions and exchange ideas etc. When i joined this forum i did not realise that i would be chatting with BULLIES.

Maybe these individuals are just a selected few that decide to gang up on people. As far as i am concerned i think these rude creatures were insensitive when choosing the words to voice their opinions on sarahgemas posts.

Everyone is intitled to an opinion but only certain people have the brain cells to get them over in a way not to hurt feelings.
 
I'm sure you are very passionate about bullying, but I don't think its very plesant to name people in the way that you have even if you don't agree with them.

Just to let you know there is one of me and three of them were ganging up on this individual.
 
I was under the illusion that to be a bully you have to target someone in particular and torment them over a time period. Not one instance.

Imo there are no bullies on the forum, just people with opinions.
Just like real world you dont need to agree with everyone's views - but in real life you dont call them bullies.

otherwise my teachers are all bullying me.
 
ive had a few rough and tumbles on this site and yes a few comments were taken to heart . but none the less they are forgotten about . not sure as what this post is aimed as i havent read the post in question ,hehe typo!all corrected now!
 
That's the beauty of a forum - you don't have to read what you don't want to read & you don't have to get involved when you don't want to. SO, not sure how someone can be 'bullied' when they choose to involve themselves & remain involved

As if anybody would lie about that! I just think that maybe sarahgema would feel hurt by the way people said things in reply.

I dont think you will be banned.
I can understand why people do get upset though i dont think some people read back what they have written.
 
I can understand people wanting to defend friends or other users etc but posts like these dont really help to be honest, because your dragging it up again, its now being made into a big deal, where people will now have another reason to comment about the subject all over again, which doesnt help anyone, people do disagree and do get more argumentative when it envolves a horses welfare, its only natural as everyone has good intentions to see that something is dealt with in the best possible way....but everyones ways are sometimes different.

Wouldnt this be better put to bed and forgotten about, for everyones sake?

Um, in my experience people will lie about all sorts of horrible things. I have no idea if Saragema is lying or not, but Mairi wouldn't suggest she WAS lying without good reason.

you are bullies..iv complained to h & h today about certain members on here and i hope they will do something about it.

Well done !! members on here have gone to far with their opinions..and now H&H are being threatened with legal agtion.

Reflex have been hounded and suffered abuse...and i hope they go after the people involved and take legal action.

scrapeesh im sure many people would agree with you but a lot of people dont come on here now as their are to many nasty comments being made
 
"We" have threatened to go to Watchdog and the press and some have already gone to the ILPH and been issued a statement regarding this sites business practices. They are masquerading as a "rescue" site however they are not - they are dealers of the worst possible sort who are inflicting a huge amount of cruelty on the deformed horses which they are selling to unsuspecting and naive people.

I'd agree with JM, they are definitely running scared now - and so they should be!

"members on here have gone too far with their opinions" - what, like state what they really think? or do you believe that honesty is a bad thing?

"reflex has been hounded" - well they brought it upon themselves with the "frach" post.

sheesh, its a forum - its where people with opinions share them - you can choose to disagree or agree!
 
I believe I was one of the people to disagree.

I also believe that the reason I disagreed with Sarahgema's course of action was not due to the fact she had been 'neglectful' and 'allowed' her horse to get injured. What infuriated me was that the horse was in considerable pain which was even obvious to her; and when a vet was recommended, she argued that one was not needed. Then the vet nurse that had diagnosed the horse with her x-ray vision, popped up.

Feckin' ludicrous if you ask me. What is more ludicrous, though, is that, as a society, we seem to be raising a whole bunch of delicate little flowers who think that the slightest disagreement with their own point of view, is bullying.
 
The only reason why they have been 'hounded and suffered abuse' is because they refuse to answer some simple and very valid questions

If they were open to debate on their own forum instead of banning everyone who disagrees with them, people wouldn't be talking about them on here.

Um.............wasnt there a post stating they hoped our souls all rotted in hell and we were all hung on hooks and butchered?

I am off to seek legal advice, I cut myself because of this today, okay I was peeling potatoes at the time but it was mental anguish from the rotting in hell comment

Hang on a sec.

Lets get a couple of things straight here.

1. Tracey joined the forum for the sole purpose of telling us how cruel etc we were because we didn't support what the RRR site was doing. Many forum members have rescued horses. English ones not ones bred for meat with horrific injuries and conformation that deserved to be put out of their misery

2. Everytime she was asked nicely to put her point across in a reasonable manner she was abusive and then it turned out her 'rescued' horse was bought from a dealer so hardly 'rescued'. Not exactly practising what she was preaching was she
