Bumped into Olympic medallist today!

Well, decided to take my horse and friend who is currently keeping him fit whilst myself and now my sister are on the injured list, schooling at Coombelands. As we were getting the horse ready, who should roll in but Kristina Cook!! We got rather excited and decided to go and say hello and congratulate her. She was so friendly and was chatting about her trip and Miners Frolic. It was really nice to talk to her. We then watched her schooling a young horse and her position is just perfect!!! oh to be able to ride like her...
She was so charming and approachable, it made my day!

Ah how lovely!! I've been parked next to her at an event before and she was very friendly, especially when our dog went into her lorry.....

She's a lovely person

Had a couple of lessons with her with the pony club as she used to belong to my pony club

She's very good and very approachable

i think it's an "eventer" thing! most eventers ive met are completely charming and lovely
