Bumps on the skin after worming

Hello my horse had embotape and eqvalane yesterday and this morning she has itchy small lumps all over her skin. Should I be worried and what is the cause?

Sounds like a hives (Urticaria) reaction, ie an allergy. If it's not getting worse or making pony v uncomfortable, then should go down gradually of its own volition. If it's distressing the horse or getting worse, I'd get the vet because they can resolve it very quickly. My horse has developed this reaction to IV sedatives, and the vet gives her a steroid shot as soon as it appears and it's gone back down within the hour. Best to avoid triggering it though, as allergic reactions can get progressively worse each time.
