Anyone acting as an official/steward this weekend please could you private message me the contact number of the round table coordinator? I need to contact them urgently but don’t have their contact number. I have tried messaging on Facebook but no luck so far. Thank you

I’m one of the two I think, good point though, I have messaged the other one. Hopefully someone will see this. Thanks!

I'm there as an official in a fairly important role tomorrow, and I don't even know who/what the round table coordinator is! Should I be worried?

No, the round table organise volunteers who do non-horse stuff like manning gate crossings. 'Proper' officials like stewards and fence judges will be organised by somebody else.

Ah, the actual Round Table, as in the organisation. Doh! I didn't connect it!

Haha, yes if you’re a proper one you have a different coordinator, I just point people in the direction of fences or shopping and wrestle bits of string at crossings (and occasionally rugby tackle loose dogs or loose horses! ?)
