It does for everyone I think? BBC have the SJ tv rights but don’t show the top 20(?) till the end of their coverage, so it can’t be live streamed.

I’m having the same problem. Watched Ben Hobday and it’s now just stopped! The BBC says it’s live but it’s still showing XC! Very annoying!!
