Trot up was yesterday and it was spun.

You are correct. Bob Cotton Bandit did not pass the first horse inspection.

Sorry no, but if the mare isn’t sound then it will show in the dressage and I’m sure Laura will withdraw

I had probably another 2-3 I would probably have sent to the hold but expected to go through, scratchy and a bit off, but I can’t quite remember which ones they were!

I don’t remember anything as bad as the one that was spun, but yes, there were a few rather scratchy movers. The poor sound quality on the live trot up meant it wasn’t often possible to hear if they were waved through straight away or if there was any conferring amongst the GJ.

Is the sound ok on the trot up playback?

Oh this all makes sense now as I saw the trot up from someone who was there and put the video on TT, I saw a clear head nod. I only had time to watch a couple.

I’m pretty sure I had the same thought. Looked absolutely crooked and I was baffled as to how it passed.

I thought the same, I only saw a 5-10 second clip on Facebook and noticed the head nod

Bling is due in the dressage arena at 11.55am.

ETA Into 10th place currently with 30.6 after a nice test, horse looked relaxed enough, no unlevel steps that I could see.

It trotted up on concrete and the first strides were more noticeable so sounds like it was the hard ground.
