Burnhills or Griggs?

I'm about to make a big online order as nothing seems to be in stock in any of my local shops!

Anyway, it's around the same price on two websites called Burnhills or Griggs, and I was just wondering if anyone had used either and has any good or bad feedback. I've never heard of either of them and just wonder what their customer service is like in case of returns, exchanges, fixing broken things (one of my purchases is a pair of Mountain Horse boots and I've heard there's a chance the zips may go at some point in the future...), speed of delivery, etc.

Anything would be appreciated, good or bad, for me to decide which website to use! Thanks!

If it's Burnhills in West Yorkshire they are good. They are local to me and have exchanged boots with no problems at all.

Burnhills, they're local to me. Very friendly, great customer service and really helpfull family business don't know about the other

Griggs everytime, if they are the Cornish ones, you will not beat them on service and very often on price. I can't recommend them highly enough. My daughter bought some Ariat wellies which proved faulty, after a fairly long time and alot of use, they swapped them for a new pair with no questions asked.
