Burning off the calories

Was amazed to read that 4 hours hunting I burn off 1,400 calories!! No wonder I'm starving when I get back (that is according to my height of 5'6 and weighing aahhem 11st)

A slow hack for 1 hour amounts to 177 calories and a whopping 421 calories can be burnt off grooming for 1 hour.

But I'm obviously still eating too many pies for all the horsey stuff I do

Sounds about right for the person too. Actually myfitnesspal reckons 1981 cals for 4 hours trotting (not for the horse)
