bury farm, beds people - whats the livery like?

as above really? its near my sons school from next september and have only heard good things about it - the facilities look fab! whats the DIY / part livery like - does it really include ALL hay, do you have to pay extra for schools or are there lots of extra hiidden charges? do you get turnout most of the time - is it any good and how long do they get out? is there a waiting list?

Oi Mrs!!!!!
Its totally pants! There are two ponios from our yard that moved off there and it was just round the corner from them.
Also schools are pants and surface is rubbish,

cafe and shop oh and the on site vets are the only goodbits!

Cant even take chi and compete there she hates the surface so much, last time she refused to go in the warm up!
