Bute Trial

How much bute do you normally give for a bute trial?

One or two a day which ever the vet advises.

Ask your vet! Depends on size of horse, length of trial and other specifics.

I recently did one on mine @ 4 bute x 5 days followed by 2 bute x 5 days.

Bute can be ineffective for kissing spines and sacroiliac pain. You should not be doing a Bute trial without the advice of your vet.
