BUTTON PUSHER... SERIOUSLY?

I fell foul of a button pusher when asking for help lately. I think someone gets a weird kick out of it and it is annoying especially when there is no consistency in the pushing.

Come on BP, if you are going to be mean at least be consistent with it! ;)

I was surprised when I noticed the magical vanishing act of the thread.
I could see nothing wrong with the thread intent or any of the responses.
Some people really need to get a life.

I know - I was about to reply then post disappeared!!

The only thing I was going to add was that £30 per week seemed quite a lot for a green horse. I have a sharer that rides 2 -3 times a week and she gives me £50 pcm. However she does help with poo picking or mucking out on her 'days', and the horse is kept at home so no livery costs.

As others have said it is also just a bad time of year for anything horsey, especially with the current weather conditions, so may find you have more luck come Spring.

Hope everything works out for you.

I agree! Some folks appear to be able to do as they please and get away with all sorts! Read a thread only a couple of weeks ago that read to me just like a testimonials page from a business website and was, IMO, blatant advertising, yet this was not pulled, probably due to the fact that the poster in question is a very popular one (for reasons I can't fathom!)

There is someone on here who follows me round and often passes on my posts and things to others- i still havent found who they are but im sure i will one day. Maybe they were the BP in this instance..

ANYWHO- have updated photos to some lovely schooling and jump ones i found from two weeks ago and have re-worded ad and knocked the price down.

Fingers x!

Like is said before it wouldn't be so bad if it was consistent and fait but its not.

i fell foul to a button pusher the other night.

:-(

Have you tried good old face book ? There are quite a lot of horsey pages for your area,I'm same area ish;)

I've seen quite a few loan/shares advertised recently though so it might be that there are too many around at the moment and not many takers..

Good Luck

Posts like these make me LOL

Seriously if thread was not breaking of the T&Cs the thread would not have been pulled (button pushed or not).

Hell I got an infraction for my siggy (that clearly annoyed someone), yes I was miffed (there are plenty out there that were much bigger than mine), but a the end of the day, got over it and yup it was too big.

I guess it just luck of the draw as to if someone reports a post/siggy the breaks the T&Cs or not.......

Can't you just send her up to me :(

I'll give you a fiver, a '54 plate Honda civic and some well worn in Dubarrys for her :D

Its all I have :(

I didn't mean yours specifically - yours was an advert IMO (I'd say asking £30 a week is a little much for the target audience you're looking for esp as horse is a bit green, but appreciate you may not be flexible on finance in which case you'd need to be more flexible with rider ability/supervising them a little more to begin with)
