'buy anything' ads

Do you think that ads declaring to buy 'anything' are legit?? they say things like any age, any problems considered etc... do you think they genuinly find new homes for the horses they buy?

To me it always screams out to me 'dealer', but maybe the off few are individual horsey people looking for a project... but at the end of the day they still sell them on so i supose are more like 'small time dealers'
I think even if i was desperate i wouldnt ever contact such an advert, i'd rather give a horse away to a known horsey friend locally.
