Ive decided when I buy a horse, im going to get a full vetting on it, as im most likely to get a foal, all Ild want to see is the vet thing to says its ok, fit and well and then make the pruchase, does anyone know what the slip would look like so i can determin if its a fake etc. Thanks guys!

If you mean a vet's certificate they would be difficult to fake because the vet's address has to be on it, and as a foal is under a year old that vet should still be in business to check on.
There isn't really anything a vet can assess on a foal apart from it's soundness, eyesight and heart . You could have X Rays but at that age I doubt they would show anything.
Your post doesn't actually make sense, if your vet does the vetting, you would be there so why then would he give you a fake certificate?
