Buying a riding hat in Dorset/Hampshire

Hi

Any recommendations on where to go to get a hat fitted in either Dorset or Hampshire. We have been to Aivly in Ringwood but have just cancelled the order after waiting over 6 weeks for them to get the hat ordered in

That's disappointing from Aivly but it has been a while since I lived in Dorset and visited then so perhaps things have changed...
There's Horse-e-things in Fordingbridge you could try. I can't remember if they do hat fitting. There's also a little tack shop in Corfe Mullen that used to be run by a lady called Trish I think. The name escapes me... Horse Bits maybe? I don't know if she does hat fitting but i used to pop in for stuff regularly.

Go to Romsey Saddlery. All the staff are fully qualified to fit hats and are very helpful and friendly. It's where I send all my clients!

I can def recommend Horse E Things, the girls there are lovely and they have a decent selection of hats.
