That has an ag tie on it so that may be why it has not sold, being empty and poor interior photos will not be helping it either.

Nice house but expensive with an AOC plus costs of new stables and an arena.

It is nice but most people with enough money would not qualify, a similar place near me took years to sell because of the tie which restricts who qualifies and causes issues borrowing, if you start saving or buy a few lotto tickets it may still be there in a year or two.
