I used to get my feed delivered by a local chap but with the price of fuel going up he has given it up. My closest feed shop is 45 mins away so I was wondering about buying on line and having it delivered. I feed grass nuts and grass tastic. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced, online feed merchant please?

Emerald Green used to deliver pallets direct. May still do.

Their feed keeps for ages and doesn’t seem to attract rats.

I used to use Equibox for the odd bag
It really only works if you need something else though as there’s a weight limit and minimum price.
I would imagine most would have a high delivery price.

If you can afford and store 20 bags the delivery drops to only £6 on Efeeds, or it did the last time I ordered.

I buy feed from equisupermarket, the on line arm of GJWTitmuss. It costs more per bag than in store, but I mostly buy brands that are not available locally, such as Agrobs.

Free delivery over £30. I buy about 2 months worth at a time.

They aren't listed on Agrobs, but Lea Oakes in Congleton stock Agrobs feeds, about £6 a bag cheaper than Titmuss.

I used to buy using equisupermarket, but have given up due to the ever increasing length of time between them accepting payment and actually dispatching the order. Now I use Amazon Prime.

If you can’t bulk buy I’d think getting a months worth from shop that’s 45minutes away would work out okay and can hopefully fit with having a reason to be already driving vaguely in that direction
This ^^
Our nearest animal feed shop is a 6 hour round trip. We go every 2 months & do whatever else we can in the area (its next to our nearest supermarket). Mind you, its a b*gger if you forget something!:D
