Buying from V Bandz over the internet - anyone else had probs?

Hi all,

I ordered some items from V Bandz online shop on 6th July and after sending two emails & leaving two answer messages I have not yet had a response from them about where my order is.
I emailed them before I ordered to confirm sizes etc and they responded then but since taking my £50 odd quid I have heard nothing back from them!
Has anyone had any problems with them? Other people on my yard have V Bandz products but got them 2nd hand off ebay not from the website itself.
I am giving them til Saturday to respond (21 days since I placed my order and website says will deliver within 10 days) and if not I will have to do a chargeback claim for the money but I would rather have the hi vis exercise sheet I ordered and vest as they have great reviews from people at the yard and on the internet : (
 
Hi, sorry you're having problems. I bought a hi viz fly veil and it arrived I think it arrived the day after! Hope you get your order!!
 
I've ordered a few things directly from them in the past, which happened to be around the same time as they had a stall at Olympia, and they'd run out of stock. This meant that I had a bit of a wait until I recieved my orders, but they did respond to my e-mails.
 
Hi guys,

Thats great to hear I am a lot less worried now. It makes it more likely that there are just problems along the line somewhere and that they are not running off with my money.
The exercise sheet and vest were recommended to me by some people at a trec competition cos the sheet apparently fits really well and doesnt flap about in the wind and the vest has a pocket for stashing a phone.
I really hope they send them through soon!

Thanks for the advice but I have already rang them twice using the phone number provided on their website and left 2 answer messages (as stated in my initial post).
