How easy/hard is it to purchase land? Im looking for anything from an acre up but cant seem to find anything online. Has anyone got any tips?

Thanks in advance :)

We have been browsing for a long time, there is cetainly not much that comes up. You'll need to be fairly flexible on location.

Have a look here, this website pulls most of the land sales together. https://www.uklandandfarms.co.uk/rural-properties-for-sale/west-midlands/worcestershire/

I've just had a look on there and there seems to be quite a lot available around the Feckenham area, many different plot sizes.

Another alternative is to have a chat to farmers in your ideal location, you may strike lucky and fine one that is willing to sell a couple of acres at the end of a field. (I know someone who ended up with 27 acres by taking this approach!)

Fisher German, GH Banks, McCartneys, Halls, Nick Champion around Tenbury. You could always ask someone from one of these to ask around for you and negotiate. There would be a fee for you, but they might succeed where you would fail.
