How much would the conformation mark be affected by a blemish on one leg? Its a skin lesion that has formed a noticeable lump about 5cm-10cm diameter on the front of a back leg cannon bone. Its all scar tissue not bone.It must have formed from a cut that didnt heal well. Would this affect the conformation mark much?

I asked about this before I did a class on a 4yo ex-racer, the judge at Gatcombe told me that it would not be taken into account as it was purely cosmetic, and this seemed to be reflected in the good mark she got for confo when I took her to Brockenhurst, that was in 2003 I think.
