Hello, new to here so hope this is ok to ask... I have a lovely Welsh Cob mare (rising 6 now and 14.2hh). I'm advised that she is a fantastic BYRDS prospect and wondered if anyone is aware of a central 'pool' of BYRDS ponies that could be loaned for use. Whilst I don't really wish to sell her, due to competition aspirations with other horses, she really isn't going to get the chance to do what she is capable of with me on the competition circuit. I would welcome the opportunity to provide a ride to a young rider perhaps in the unfortunate position of not having a quality pony, on the reassurance that they would be monitored by a training group. Many thanks in advance.
 
Not sure where you are based but Becky and Hannah Moody who are based in Penistone nr Barnsley do a lot of work with the BYRDS so may know a talented rider looking for a pony or know which direction to point you in.

Your best bet is probably to phone your RDO or the person who runs your local BYRDS as these (particularly the later) will have a good idea who is looking for a pony in your area and it ensures that they are attending BYRDS training (otherwise they are unlikely to be know to these people).
 
Maybe try to contact some of the BYRDS trainers?
