I know Thoroughbreds are not exactly known for their fantastic joints. My ex racer is always clicking though! Its like little cogs or something. And it makes me cringe when he goes down for a roll in his stable. He sounds like hes 20 not 12. My YO's TB developed arthritis not that old and I know you cant exactly prevent it but I am a bit worried about his joints. I wondered if there was any supplement that helped? Or a type of oil? And where you can get it from?

Thanks,

Laura.

Whereabouts it the clicking coming from? A friend of mine has a Connemara that has a clicking stifle or something, the sound it makes is horrible but its been checked by a vet and is completely harmless so I'm told.

Okay, thanks for the reassurance and suggestions. Will try some cod liver oil.
