CAIR and changeable gullet system saddles...

i know wintec do their saddles with this but what about the more traditional, leather saddles, can anyone advise? ideally looking for something not too forward cut, WHP style for everyday riding...

interested to hear what people think and whether anyone has a recommendation.

p.s. probably should have mentioned but not at all keen on the WOW saddles, thanks!

Bates?
Personally changing the gullets is a pain to me - much easier on Thorowgood's!
Can't recommend anything other than a Bates GP, found it really comfy to ride in and the leather was lovely and supple.
I know Shires and and Collegaite do changeable gullets too!

Bates GP. Lovely traditional saddles in every way apart from the fact that you can change the gullet.
