Hi, would be interested to know if anyone else has this hat and has the same problem as me or whether mine is possibly faulty. I had it fitted at a reputable retailer but have found that there is a ridge inside from the removable liner that leaves an indented line across my forehead. It's not uncomfortable to wear i.e. not too tight, no 'brain ache' caused but the mark is really annoying and takes ages to fade away. Not good when I have somewhere to be after riding in it! You can feel the ridge quite clearly before putting it on. Didn't notice it though before wearing it. Might contact Caldene and see if they can send me another liner to try. Has anyone else had the same problem or can you feel the plastic ridge at the front through the padding?
