Calmer Recommendations

Looking for calmer recommendations please
Horse lives out 24/7, only get a tiny bit of chaff but is currently being a bit nappy/anxious after having 6 months off.
I know calmers don't solve the problem but looking for something to just help take the edge off so we can slowly work through and build his confidence.

I'd put your horse on a broad spectrum vitamin and mineral supplements first. Make sure they are getting sufficient magnesium.

I've always found chamomile seemed to help calm my nervous boy too.
