Calmers for whizzy whizzy pony

My daughters pony is super whizzy at PC rallies, at home she still has plenty of zest for life but is easily contained. At rallies she's just a nightmare, mostly for me as she's still on the lead and strong is an understatement. She's started PC this year and I'd say is getting steadily worse rather than better. Are there any decent calmers out there for just general whizzyness rather than spookyness? Ironically at home my daughter can hack her even in company off the lead and she knows her place and doesn't put a hoof out of line ?

Try premier performance calming cookies/powder? Definitely make a difference to mine, he’s not particularly spooky but can be a bit stressy and overly keen. Know some people have found it makes theirs worse though.

Few drops of rescue remedy on a horse treat or something similarly absorbant
