I remember reading on here a whileback about zinc tablets from the supermarket as a calmer?? Am i right or am i going mad?

Just wondered if this was right and what tablets to get/how many to give.

I have a mare who i have tried alot of the calmers on the market with and not really had any results. Just thinking of other options?

I've never heard of zinc but I'm using magnesium tablets from a health shop at the moment for a calmer.

my mare is frisky and moody so i use frisky mare plus - it has really helped her she is alot let cross!!!
