There did used to be a place that did them but not sure who they are. I know a few of the riding schools do beach hacks that you can book up so depending on where you live it maybe worthwhile ringing around a few.
I think Plum Pudding do beach rides. Not on Camber of course but in Thanet. They do have a nice beach there to ride from but nevee done it so cant comment from experience .
