Following on from my calmer post (see below), it's been suggested that camomile tea makes a good calmer, so we thought it might be interesting to do a "tried and tested" on it to see if it works. Anyone up for it? Might work best if we use the same brand of tea bag at first? Or maybe try a few different ones and see if any work better than others? Any suggestions/thoughts?
