Has anyone got any advice please. Normally we stay at B & B for Badmitnon, this year however we thought we would stay in one of the caravans at the campsite, great idea, noone has to drive etc etc. I ring for a price, £300, thats not too bad for the 5 days. Then while checking out the box office prices, I see you also need to purchase a pitch, another £140, and your var pass and personal admission tickets on top, would this really be a better option? what do you guys think??

With each pitch you get 2 passes, no need to buy car park pass as you walk from camp site.
No idea about hire of caravan charge etc though, can you hire direct from Badminton?!

No, a friend gave me a number for someone who takes and pitches the caravan for you, thought it might make a change but its workin out more expensive by the minute, looks like the travel lodge again!!!

Ohhh could you forward me the details of the caravan person please

Ugh- flashback to camping at Great Yorkshire 04- so wet that we shoved gear in the car and migrated to horse's stables. Camping is only fun if the weather is happy.

sure i will dig the number out for you. it works out quite expensive tho, 300 for a two berth caravan, and the pitch on top. Still its nice to be where its all happeni tho!!

I camped at Badminton two years ago! It was great fun, but so cold it was unbelievable! Also the showers were vile! Cant remember the prices. Id def do it again though!
