hi, we want to camp at badmnton but i see on their site they only allow 2 man tents... does anyone know of an alternative nearby/...

we sorted out a 4 man tent deal with them over the phone (well Miss Huggy Bear did!) so maybe if you give them a ring?

There are all sorts of size tents, anything from 1 man to 10 men! Like April says, just give them a bell, I think they just ask you to pay the 4 day admission charge for the extra people staying??

I can clarify this for you.
If you have a 2 man tent you go in the standard field. Anything biigger and you have to have a large tent pitch with is another 40 or 50.
I go and have a very big tent witt bedrooms and living quaters.
The reason you cannot mix the sizes is for health and safey as the larger tents need to seperate to allow for people to get out in the event of an incident and they have to allow their patrol vehicles so get up and down the rows.
When we pitched last year there were marshall checking this as the previous year there had been a breach of health and safety so they are stricly 2 man tent of you buy a caravn/horsebox/large tent pitch.
