I would like to take one of my horses on a camp, inc flat/sj/xc lessons in the Yorkshire area or nearby. Ideally this summer, although i'm aware these things fill up quick so it may be ealry planning ahead for next year.

I believe there are plenty going off at Somerford Park, does anyone know of any, or have experiences of any at this venue they would share?

Had a browse online and come across Bobbi's Horse Camps - there are 2 planned at Somerford this summer, anyone ever been to one of these camps? Feedback?

Thanks in advance

I think they are full now for this year but take a look and you can go on the wait, I havent been on one yet but I'm looking forward to going on the one at Somerford in September.

I'm going to the Sept one too :). i went to an active rider one last summer at Willerby Hill, it was so much fun, you learn loads and meet some really lovely people. Get your name down on the waiting list!.

WOW !! your coming a long way...I dont live too far so coming over on the Saturday morning. Looking forward to it, already booked for next April.

That one sounds great, thanks.
As it's full there is no price, could someone PM me the price please.

£225 and if you need accommadation there is a nice B&B nearby and she picks you up and drops you back off. PM me if you need the details, if your on facebook there is an active rider page and you can email Jane the organiser she is ever so friendly and will help you with anything else you need to know.

Definately go to somerford park!! amazing place. I went with the harewood combined riding club even though in part of york and district and it was fantastic took about 2hours to get there but so worth it, had fantastic instructors Laura Fortune for cross country, Tracey Newman for Sjumping and Tori Peters for dressage. was the best and most valuable experience ever. Got so much from it and everyone is so friendly you can do as much or as little as you like.

Maybe try contacting them as i know Bobbi organised everything for us and she was great. Hope you get chance to go is great fun!!
