As I'm always one for a bargain I may have purchased not one but 2 crates from a charity online auction... Anyhoo chuffed to bits as got 2 proper good bargains but me being me didn't really check the sizes... I'm now concerned I may loose ruby in what must be the worlds biggest crate!! Lol I've seen Shetlands with smaller stables!! Now trying to decide if its too big as looks huge in my room....
Will get a pic and post tomorrow just makes me laugh as she's so short!!

Not really unless your dog is a confirmed bed soiler, the smaller the better in that case.
If you think it's too big donate it back to the charity and they can re-sell it.
I always find they make handy extra coffee tables :p

I thought do when I got my lurcher puppy- but once it was stuffed with a big comfy bed, water bowl , and covered with a blanket it looked just fine. I only realised how much more space I had when I stopped using it!

I've got rather an excess of crates too for our puppy that arrives next week! A friend and my mum both gave me crates, both large ones (1m long). He's about the size if my cat at the moment so will look very small in there - and i am also looking at getting a 70cm one to travel him in as that will fit in back of car while still allowing space for my dog!
