Can any of you computer buffs help me ?

I'm really envious of some of your videos on you tube. I have some that I wanted to up load to my daughter's website, via you tube of course. My problem is that they are on 8mm tapes from an analogue camcorder. I can put them onto dvd and that's as far as it goes.

Forgive my ignorance folks but can I upload my dvds to my computer? If there is a way can you advise in simple terms for an old fogey please.

Yes you can upload dvds onto your computer. There will be a 'Wizard' which will take you through it, but you need to have a dvd system which to do it.

I have done it before, but not enough to be able to explain.
