How much of an acre I would need to set aside for a 30x60 school and 4 12x12 stables please?

Also which stable layout would best suit a wet day t/o leg stretch

And what layouts tend to use least space?

The first question you just need do do a couple of sums for. The second question, I think a 'u' shape is probably the most economical in terms of space.
