can anyone help me with slide prep for microscopy?!

Hi, I've posted this is in Veterinary too.

I'm collecting samples to detect chorioptic mites with tape and I wondered if anybody knew the best way to prepare the samples for microscopy. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

depends if you want to have them done as a wet mount, which may help with magnification or as a dry mount.

having said that I am talking as a microbiologist rather than a parasitologist
