I can't believe im having to write this but unfortunately due to someone letting me down im faced with a heart breaking decision.
I have had a horrible split with OH and had to move out very quickly. Unfortunately finding a house to rent with 3 dogs and a cat at short notice is just about impossible. We have had the two older dogs for years (one is a rescue) and I don't think we would find anyone to take them, luckily I have found somewhere which will accept two but not 3. This just leaves our 15 month old JRT x Corgi bitch. A lovely lady was collecting her tonight but has let me down this afternoon. I am supposed to be moving out tomorrow and although if necessary will have to find kennel accomodation really didn't want her to have to go through that.
She is very small, good on the lead, crate trained and good with other dogs, micro chipped and vaccinated, good with cats, been around horses. If anyone knows someone who could give her a great home please pass on my details.

Oh crikey, sorry to hear that! Hope you are ok, PM me if you like, not sure I can help with the dog though, our garden is minute and not fully fenced.

Where in Derbyshire are you ??

Thank you! Its just the most terrible situation. Im just not sure I can hide 3 dogs in a one bedroom flat as much as I would want too..

Thanks everyone. Hopefully someone perfect will come up, if not I think we will have to hope that no barking takes place and i'll be sneaking them in and out under my coat!

Hi, we never did meet up for that hack but I live just up the road! - will have a chat with dh when he gets back and we may be able to help if she gets on with our border. pm me if you want.

If goldypops cant help pm me. My parents have been thinking about getting a second dog to keep their terrier company and they arent too far from you either.

My parents are in Nottingham and are looking for a smaller dog to keep their standard schnauzer company.
PM me if goldypops and brownmare can't help and I'll ask my folks.

Good luck, hope he gets sorted x

I love this pack of 'bitches' sometimes :)

Me too! She is going to meet Goldypops tomorrow so hopefully she will get on with Oscar! Its a real help to know however painful it will be that she will have a brill home. thanks everyone!

Well goldypops has given her a fabulous new home! Wanted to say a big thank you to her and to everyone who helped at such a difficult time. x

To let everyone (and especially Bens_Mum) know she has settled in really well and Osker is loving having a new play mate! Shes a lovely little dog and I know how hard it must have been to have to let her go (you handled it so well). She will have a life of riley for the rest of her life.
