Can anyone help with horse share problem?

I would be happy if we could find the right person to come and ride without paying any money

Cant really comment on the price but if I had a sharer for one of my horses who had agreed a price, who then started asking me why other people on MY days werent paying, I would be seriously p*ssed off.

Its none of your business whether the other people pay.

You agreed the price at the beginning so I`m afraid you either have to lump it or like it.

Sorry if that sounds harsh but as you dont own the horse you really are not in a position to start questioning the owner on other peoples payments.

I don't actually think it's relevant whether £120/month is expensive or not - we don't have any details on what sort of horse it is, whether it's on full livery or DIY, and even then, that's not the question.

If you have been happy paying £120/month - then what has actually changed? The horse is being exercised more, which is good as she will be fitter.

You obviously feel peeved that the others aren't paying - but maybe they're doing more chores than you - maybe they are helping to bring the horse on, when you are happy to hack it out on a loose rein. There maybe plenty of other reasons that they don't pay.

If anything has fundamentally changed in your loan agreement, then you should address it. If you're just saying "It's not fair", well to use a very old cliche - Life's not fair!

If you really think you're hard done by, go & buy your own horse & get your own sharer.

Just another thing Lucypoo hasn't mentioned. £ 120 was not the original price. It has been put up by £ 20 as the shoes need doing more often now more people are riding.
