A friend of mine rescued a 16.2hh 11years chestnut gelding this time last year to use in a riding school, cut a long story short his not riding school material, anyhooo........

Hes wants him gone by next week or he will be going for meat

! I can afford to look after anymore so thought I would see if anyone on here would be interested or nos anyone?

there is nothing really wrong with him hes just very typical TB, thin as hell!!! he just needs loads of grass, food and love!! PM me if you can help!! Hes such a sweety would be a real shame to waist such a lovely horse

so he has been rescued to make money for the person and now they are going to sell for meat? Nice!

Perhaps they could advertise the horse?
 
No he recued him from the meat man and gave him a second chance but cant keep him as a pet as he need horses for the riding school, so hes tried to find a home for him, it will be the last option if no one comes along to have him, as he cant afford to have a horse he cant use.

i agree with this im afraid there are enough places, maybe a rescue home retirment home if he is not sutable for riding and advetise maybe.
 
he has advertised him, but with no luck, trust me he wont go to meat, I will have him if need be, but I just thought someone might be interested in taking him on
 
Is he suitable as a riding horse?
Do you not know of anyone who could chuck him in their field for a few months giving you time to advertise etc?
