Can anyone help?

Sometimes though, that is easier said than done. We don't know the reason behind why MrsElle is having to re-home her dogs. Maybe a little bit of sympathy would be more appropriate rather than condemnation.

MrsElle, I hope that you find homes for your dogs. I am sure that you haven't made the decision to re-home lightly. I would like to offer you lots of ((((hugs))). I am sure that this is tearing you apart.

Phew, thank goodness someone else was thinking the same as me conkers. I was thinking gees, some of these HHO'ers are very judgemental. Like MissE said until you have been in that position......

i am sure MissE has exhausted all possibilities to do the best for her pets. Lets not kick her when she's down aye?

I guess it's easy to be 'judgemental' when you hear the same old story time and time again. I don't know the OP so wasn't commenting on her story but if the cap fits.

Its all about you again though isn't it.

I don't know your life story only what i've been told and seen on these dog pages.

I don't have your life because I take responsibility for me and mine.

Some HHOers are "judgemental" because we know that there is far more to this situation than has been posted in this thread; we are never likely to be in that position because we are not backstreet breeders.

Wow - some harsh replies on this post :(

I have no idea about MrsElle's previous history and I can't remember any previous threads on here about her either. All I know is that she has three sons in service.

But I do know that circumstances can change drastically and unexpectedly from first hand experience. And when that happens you need all the bloody help and support you can get.

Some of you may smugly think your'e perfect with the perfect set up and the perfect animals but no one can see into the future - you have no idea what might strike you down tomorrow.

CareyR has already admitted (sorry Carey to drag you up as an example!) that she has rehomed dogs but no one has hounded her out.

I absolutely dread the day I would have to rehome my dogs and I hope to God that it never happens. But you can never say never......

Don't go MrsElle - this place is fantastic for help and support.

Right I have not been entirely innocent in all of this by badgering MrsElle back to this thread and she and I would not think along similar lines when it comes to dog husbandry (that's putting it as diplomatically as I can and I do agree with LHS's sentiment, borne out of frustration), but two words spring to mind right now, 'sledgehammer' and 'nut'.
It's done, let HHO have made a POSITIVE difference rather than a negative one.
