Can anyone out there make banners for siggies?

Hello Forum

Does anyone out there know how to make banners for siggies? It can't really be done on mybanners or something because I have a few photos I want to use. If someone could make one for me or teach me how to I would be ever grateful, and of course there would be a little something as a present to say thankyou (choccy or a mystery present! horsey related...)
