Do something with this picture for me, change the background, take the hand out etc. Have hunted on my PC but cant seem to find anything that will do...

Also what programme do you use to make the signatures or change pictures??

Photoshop Elements is the cheaper, cut-down version of Photoshop. I think Elements costs around £50+ whilst the full version of Photoshop costs hundreds!

If you put your cursor over the photo and press the right mouse button you should get an option to "Save Picture As" and you can save it to your hard disk.
