As above really :)
We have a couple already but they arent totally waterproof. Not too bothered about it being warm, hes a hairy boy anyway, just need something waterproof.
Thanks

i have two (for each dog ;)) An equafleece dog jumper which is fab at keeping tummies mud free and although not strictly waterproof it keeps them dry in anything but a downpour. i also have blizzard coats from Jans Gifts that are fab and never slip. Mine are fleece lined but I think you can get unlined ones too

I would totally second Blizzard coats - try from here though, and you can support a charity as well :)

www.grwe.com

they are a fantastic charity :)

They are what Ive already got but without the lining. They never slip, fit great but havent been totally waterproof which has been ok for his walks but as Boris is now a big working dog :D as in going to work with my hubby, he needs something thats going to keep him and the car as dry as possible :D

I take that back, sorry, just had a look at your link and that isnt the one I have. Mine was more expensive than that. It was a greyhound charity but I bought it off an Ebay shop.
Oooops.

Not sure the Weatherbeeta will stay put on a Lurcher, will have a look now, thanks

That surprises me, as mine have always been totally waterproof? Might be worth having a quick look on the website, they have other coats as well as Blizzards just for comparison :)

It stays put on my over active 11 month old Pointer.... Does up nice and snugly around the belly and has back leg straps too!

I have a weatherbeeta landa for my whippetx (she is fine) plus a fleece underneath it cause she's old and doesn't like being cold. I have never had any problems with it's fit or it not being waterproof, even in the heaviest of downpours!

I'm going to have to look at the deluxe version though and I think I will also be treating her to a equafleece also this winter (well she is very spoilt) xx

I have these coats for my greyhounds, they're great quality and have always kept them completely dry in a heavy downpour. The ebay seller makes them so you can request size, colour and lining.

x-belted coat

Another vote for a Blizzard Coat, I have lined ones for the Iggies and they have lasted years and kept them nice and dry. Important to get the right curved shape and I find that coats that aren't shaped for sighthounds don't fit snuggly and rain can get underneath.

Also the Annress as mentioned by NoisyGirl - I can recommend their hound collars, they are brilliant.
