Can anyone recommend retirement livery in Yorkshire. I need restricted grazing (EMS) and 24/7 turnout in Summer. Stable in winter (shavngs) and daily turn out (not just an hour or so) thank you

Those requirements sound more like normal livery. Most retirement liveries seem to have them out in groups, with open barns or similar for when the weather gets bad. The more hands-off approach, plus being located in cheaper areas for land, is what keeps the cost down.

Yes unfortunaley they are the facilities I need, but I dont need pff road hacking or an arena. Are you aware of anything ?

I can't think of anywhere providing the level of 7 days a week care you're looking for that is under market price due to no arena or hacking. The majority of livery cost is the labour, feed, bedding, land, insurance etc.

Thanks Im aware of that but there will be some prioviding the service im wanting, hence me asking on here

Perhaps an indication of geographic radius and how much you can afford?
Maybe what kind of horse, ie, a shivery old TB with multiple rugs / cosseting, or sturdy, veteran native?
Typical retirement yards don’t tend to do what you state for mass numbers of clients, it’s a bit niche.
Do you ideally want somewhere close to where you live so you can do him yourself, basically a DIY but with retirees for companions?
Or more of a full livery package somewhere, but with retiree companions? Obviously you don’t need the manège, x country course, showjumps, fabulous hacking, etc, so maybe an individualised package with a small private livery yard or farm?
That should be achievable! (Even if not marketed as ‘retirement’ livery....)
