I have a Stephens gel-eze pad, had tried other things and this is like 10x better. I use a normal saddlecloth over the top too. It blew my mind with its anti slip-ness!

Barnsby grip pads...they do not move!

I bought some of that non-slip rubber matting (the sort you put on your dashboard to stop stuff slipping about) off EBay & sewed it onto a favourite saddle pad. Cheap, easy to do, washes well & works brilliantly!

I have a Barnsby grip pad. It works really well on my round cob.

Ah we have a round cob too ! How much are the barnsby ones ? Also those with gels do you find they ever rub ? thank you guys

I bought a Barnsby grip pad this week. My horse didn't like it one bit! His back was up and he then did a few little bucks. Put my other saddle cloth on and he was fine. Maybe it was the feel of the grippy material he objected to

I use an Eez-e-Dry towel. Soak it in hot water for a few seconds, wring it out and bingo. Best non slip you can get.
