Ok so after a particularly sore weekend – “down below”. I need a seat saver. I am usually fairly uncomfy after riding my big horse. But this weekend something must have been out of place and “it” looks and feels like I’ve had some kind of barbaric surgery without an anesthetic! It only happens on my big horse as he’s got high withers and he also tips me forward a bit and he’s had 5 saddles on all with same effect so I think a good seat saver maybe the next step.

Does anyone know of a good seat saver with plenty of padding at front more important than back, that will fit a large saddle and still let me sit deep and not too perched? I would be most grateful and look forward to walking normal again.

Thanks

I use the mattes sheepskin seat saver and it's sooo comfy. It fits my 18 inch saddle no problem. It has two straps that go under the stirrup flaps and an elasticated strap that goes under the gullet of the saddle and clips onto the seat saver at the back.I dont think icould ride without it now!!.Keeps you bum toasty as well in this cold wather!.
