Hi, I'm looking for a 2-4year old handled but unbacked youngster to do myself and keep. Ideally to make maximum or overheight and with good genuine temperament and good conformation, happy to travel to Ireland as long as easy access from SW airport and all straightforward the other side as may have to go alone.
Preferably a stud with a few to view/meet at once.
British breeder would be better logistically!
Would really like to avoid grey, I know this will hugely limit my options.
Any suggestions welcomed, thank you.

They may not still be around as I bought my boy from them a long time ago (30 years!) He came from the Lanburn Stud in Chichester, West Sussex.

Halston stud in Westmeath, owned by Kieran Guiness (brother of Finn) ... I bought an almost 3 year old connie x last year from him...really pleased with him, then ended up buying a foal ( now yearling) end last year. Both mine are connie x but they have alot of pure connies... Sadly my legs are too long for a pure one. Kieran and Sophie are lovely.... I am going back in September as the yearling is staying there at the moment, need to keep my hands in my pockets so I don't end up buying another one!

Your world is your oyster in Connemara would strongly advise to go to Clifden connemara show in August and you will be made to feel very welcome to look around studs in the area. Usually on the Monday there is a bus trip around studs

Hi, I'm on my phone at the moment and can't seem to PM you but I have a 3yr old bay registered connie already standing at 14.2/3hh. Unbroken but handled. Have pics to send if you are interested.

Thanks, lots to look at! Kadastorm I'll try and PM an email address as definitely interested. Need to sit down and go through all the suggestions, thank you very much for the replies. Fingers crossed!
