a good veterinary equine book? I am in the procees of updating my equine veterinary books as they are all old and a bit outdated. I'm after something that is fairly comprehensive about injuries/illnesses and treatments.

Has anyone got any suggestions as to a good book that I can get?

I always rely on my trusted Veterinary Notes for Horse Owners, which is regularly updated (latest edition is 2002 I think).

Can second Veterinary Notes for Horse Owners (Horace Hayes if my memory serves me well)
Also The Veterinary Care of the Horse by Sue Devereux edited by Karen Coumbe is excellent (£45.00 but well worth it)
