Can cair be flocked?

Can you comvert a cair saddle to have it flocked by a saddler?

I think you can but it's a bit of a pain. I wish Wintec would bloomin' well switch to flock. Maybe pm Equus Leather (sp?) Is he a saddler? Or Frances-she's best mates with a saddler who is no doubt on here but I don't know her username on here. I can ask her on the other forum.

Yes easily! My saddler came out for our 6 monthly saddle check and just flocked where it needed flocking around the areas

The cair is only 4 pockets of air

Cair is odd foamy stuff, flair is pockets of air.

My saddler will change cair to flock for £150 or thereabouts.

my saddler quoted me about £100 to do it.

Yep my saddler does it, even to my Wintecs.

Think it came in about £160 to have it changed, re-flocked, a new tree put in and then the travel costs.. so that alone can't be too much?
