Can I buy Sedalin from my vet

My pony is very worried when the farrier is around. I have had his shoes off today but he was quite a handful and very scared.

Can I just ring the vet and get a tube of sedalin for when the trimmer comes next week, or does the vet have to come out and give it?

Its only a one off until I can get him used to have his feet and legs handled, but at the same time dont want him stressed and me hurt!

That's what I was hoping. He is my new boy and seems terrified of the farrier bless him. I don't want him stressed or any one hurt and she is coming next week so not a lot of time to work on his trust and picking up his feet.
